Gratitude Boosts Health

A grateful heart impacts physical health in a big, big, positive way. Now, the fact is, we don’t really know how this works, just that it does–which we know for sure.

Life isn’t always brimming over with reasons for gratitude, though. Life isn’t fair, and it’s not always an easy walk in the park, but every life has at least five positive things to celebrate.

For one, you’re alive so you still have options. Add four more, and you’re ready to go.

So celebrate! Sing it out loud; sing it out proud–whether on key or not. Dance if you can. How you celebrate doesn’t matter, but choosing to celebrate matters a lot.
